SureStat TS110 Waterproof Heating / Cooling Thermostat
These aluminum shutters are commonly paired with exhaust fans to allow make up air into the structure to replace the air being exhaust. They can also be used for exhausting air when paired with and evaporative cooler or intake fan. The frame is mill finish aluminum. The blades have a white enamel finish and a galvanized reinforcement strip across the top of each blade for added strength and counter balancing efficiency. The blades have a felt seal on the leading edge for quiet closing and better protection from the weather. Recommended for vertical mount applications only.

Excellent product, packed well, shipped quickly.
We had an exhaust fan in our garage to help remove fumes and dust. Weather had taken its toll on the old plastic louvers and this years winds help finish them off. Thanks to ACF Greenhouses, we were able to find a suitable aluminum shutter in the best size for our fan. It was easy to install and has been instrumental in our maintaining the look of our garage.
Nice shutters for my 10 x 16 greenhouse. Reasonably well made. So far functioning well.
This replaced a PVC shutter and motor that was part of a kit. Installation was a bit tricky because the opening was a bit too large but easily expanded with an aluminum strip. The motor install was super simple and the whole system works beautifully.
I needed something for the intake side of my greenhouse, to allow air flow in when the exhaust fan on the other side runs. These work very well and were easy to install. They appear to be sturdy and high quality, looking forward to seeing how they hold up in our greenhouse!
I bought two exhaust/intake shutters, Belimo shutter motors, and SureStat TS110 controls. The shutters were a bit sticky to open due to the mfgr's cutting and bending at the leading edges/corners of the louvers where they overlap (shutters were slightly catching on each other) Dayton could give that a bit more attention, but it was easily fixed with a pair of pliers. The motors mounted easily, but again the alignment of the shutter's center connecting bar was off due to irregular forming and needed tweaking to operate smoothly. Once assembled and wired, everything worked as expected. Like magic, intake ventilation in my greenhouse is greatly improved. Now onto my exhaust challenges.
The shutter we bought has not been installed yet, but looks to be well made and operates smoothly. I like the weatherstripped bottom edges of each fin; it seems like it will help seal out the wind.
A decently made product, now installed. Material is light weight enough that I hope the pull of a ten-inch exhaust fan on the opposite wall will allow the shutter to open. Much more work to do on a 10' x 25' greenhouse until it can be tested.
These are just what I need for exhausting the air from my cooler. The installation was straight forward with no issues. I wired them and the cooler to the same thermostat, and everything is working great. Thanks for helping me get the right size!
Just installed the system and so far— it seems to be exactly what we needed for this 12x16 greenhouse here in Louisiana. We will follow up once everything is up and running.
