This lever is of great quality. If it is designed for your vent then buy it. Sadly, I had to return mine. I was looking for a strong spring action lever for my Yardestry greenhouse. One I could also easily detach when not using. Yardestry has a unique lever system that is not offered in a stronger and similar design that I wished this would offer.

My only concern is that sales and service have a list of greenhouse types where this works and does not. When researching and speaking, they were not sure. This cost me in freight and time.

They have a good team that has good intentions; yet, they could be even better if they know what they don’t work with. That is also my problem.

This lifter works great for us. We use it to open the cover and vent our cold frame. Extremely well built. Looking forward to years of seasonal use! Also appreciate the great service of this business. They carry quality products and provide timely service.

When we purchased our greenhouse, we received two Univents. They work so well, we purchased two more so all the top windows will open. It's amazing how they work.

We have had a couple of uni-vents in our greenhouse and decided to replace two manual vents. The video installation instructions were marginally helpful. By the time I installed the second one, I deconstructed it and installed it separately. Soaking the cylinder in ice water really adjusts the beeswax. Overall, we are super happy.

I had two solar vents for my two cold frames. They worked fine. However the frame's thick plywood lids are so heavy, I decided that i needed two solar vents per cold frame. I ordered from ACF Greenhouses. Products arrived within days. Great service. And the vents are great too.

 

Easy to install and they work great. Fix a ridge vent on a old wooden green house by making 8’ section with an opener at each end. Works great.
