Nights here have been in the 40s--unusual for San Diego. This bubble wrap is just what was needed to keep my Vandas warm at night. Very good quality and easy to work with.
This greenhouse insulation is just what I needed! It shipped same day and arrived very quickly, very well packaged. The size made insulating my 9x12' hobby greenhouse so fast. For the first time ever, I was able to even insulate the ceiling. Great product and excellent service.
We bought two packs of this bubble wrap, which covered about 2/3 of our greenhouse (I've chosen to leave the remaining 1/3 uncovered for a variety of reasons). The bubble wrap, which I put up with inexpensive plastic pegs has worked very well. Before the bubble wrap the greenhouse heater was unable to keep a steady temperature in the greenhouse on nights when the temperature outside dropped below freezing. Now it has no problem keeping the temperature steady at 60. I took off one star because I wish this bubble wrap came in other dimensions.
I’m so pleased with the quality of the bubble wrap, and your prompt delivery!
It lasted on my greenhouse one season only. I had to replace it.
Wanted to insulate the greenhouse to extent use. Along with the heater for cold weather, it is doing the trick.
I miscalculated the sizing I needed. But the product itself is perfect. I needed to get more bubble wrap from a local home depot but it was not the same. This product is thicker and is sized for a greenhouse. I will definitely order again.
I am thrilled to have this product in my greenhouse. It perfectly shades the plants eap. During this heat wave…
I recently went on a search for an alternative solution for insulating my barn door, and still allowing in outside light. I live in Michigan so during the winter months it can get frigid out in my barn. I knew about foam core and fiber options but my door was somewhat translucent and south facing, so I really didn't want to sacrifice the natural light, just for heat. Upon researching, I found a review on a website that lead me to ACF's bubble wrap insulation option, and since one roll would mostly cover my barn door I figured I would give it a shot. Man... I am sooo grateful I did, because not only did it help immensely, I am still able to keep the natural light coming in! I immediately texted friends and family members so they can wrap their porch windows in this stuff, rather than plastic wrap that barely works in my opinion. I am actually going to buy more and do the same to my front and back porches. I do not have heat in my barn, but that is the next step. I did manage to get a temperature reading after hanging the insulation on my garage door, and traditionally my barn has only been maybe 1 or 2 degrees warmer than outside. This time my barn was 15 degrees warmer than outside and it was actually warm and cozy standing next to the door while the sun was up, rather than drafty and cold. I honestly can't speak any more highly of this stuff, it's truly amazing! I am excited to see what results I get after I put a heater in my barn. A side note, I work in shipping and logistics and we use bubble wrap all day long, and I've seen all sorts of it, this is way different and just feels very solid. I was also able to cut the pieces I needed very easily and attach it with crystal clear gorilla patch and seal tape, which has so far worked perfectly. I am definitely going to buy more, and can't wait to be able to utilize more rooms in my house during the winter time. Thank you so much!
With the bubble wrap, a GOVEE heater, and an oil circulating radiant heater we are able to keep the night time temperature in our 13x26 Grow More greenhouse in the 40's when the outside temperature drops to 19.
