Service was excellent. I ended up having to purchase one locally due to the weather dropping to 0 and below the day after I ordered. They are in my heater parts cabinet now. Thermocouples seem to last a few years more or less and have to be replaced. Modine is the best garage heater in my opinion. Since we built our house here in Alaska (July 1998) all I’ve had to do is clean and replace thermocouples.
