The packaging was not good, the power wires were cut in two right next to the motor. Pinched. Found out after I already had assembled the guard and blades. Open the motor and repaired them. Working fine now.

ACF Greenhouses: I'm sorry your motor arrived damaged. Motors are packed from the manufacturer in expanding foam which normally protects them very well. Please let us know if you have any issues with it in the future. We will be happy to replace it for you.
