Nice heater , heats my two car garage well , and ACFgreenhouse are great people to deal with . Very satisfying to do business with honest knowledgeable people .

 

Was a little doubtful at first, but so far I’m very happy. For the price this is a great deal, easy to install, works great and quiet.

Installation was fairly simple. Had to read instructions a few times to find all requirements. The drawings do not contain some critical dimensions. Getting the heater up to the ceiling was the hard part but with my wife's help we got it done without injuries. The holes on the air intake box do not line up with the holes on the back of the heater but I was able to make the connections fit. The heater started without any problems. Fairly quiet. I had LP gas line to garage but had to extend it up to the heater. I called LP gas supplier to check gas line installation.

I bought two of these for my garage (heating two rooms independently), American made and reflective of this. The installation was straight forward & easy. I'm very pleased with them. ACF shipped them promptly and followed up well with questions and minor service/shipping issue. These buys were a great value. One determining factor is that these furnaces are separate combustion ready... as one of my rooms is a woodshop with solvent fumes. This made the purchase very much well worth it. Very happy customer.

I built a 2 car garage and I needed heat. This heater did the trick. Works GREAT.

Install went well and no surprises. Great furnace for the money. Directions were sort of confusing so read them over a few times. Unit is quiet when running, heats the garage fast!

Installed this last winter and has been working like a charm ever since. A very nice well made heater. Easy to install. I hung this from my garage ceiling. I mounted it to directly to the ceiling using lag screws. The supplied bracket has slots for adjustment. Running gas, electric and installing the vent was a breeze. Fired it up and while it has a hum, it is not noisy at all. Keeps my 23' x 25' garage nice and toasty. Very happy with the ease of installation and overall product quality.

I bought this heater in Mar. '24 and finally installed Oct. '24. Bought to replace a Modine Hot Dawg that gave up after 22 years. After install (self) I test fired and was surprised how quiet it is, way quieter than the Modine. All in all very happy with purchase. Time will tell on quality but appears to be well constructed and has a very good warranty. If you're in need of a decent garage heater (my application) you won't be disappointed.
