We are renovating a greenhouse and garden center built in the 80's to use as our winery tasting room, and the Modine heater hadn't been used in years. Natural Gas is now available in our area so we were leaving propane behind. Our HVAC person used the conversion kit and we are up and running, ready to seat people in a unique setting!
