Variable Speed Wired Exhaust Fan Systems

I ordered this package to provide ventilation for my 14x24 foot greenhouse with polycarb panels. The components (shutters, motors, fan plus its louver grate) are all great quality, clearly meant to take a lot of use (and possibly abuse), and mount cleanly with some aluminum angle iron or 2x4 timber framing. One thing that wasn't apparent to me from the website is that the fan unit is VERY HEAVY due to its direct drive motor. This is something to consider, especially if you want to mount the unit high off the floor as recommended. If I did this again I'd use a rented cherry picker or scaffolding and not a ladder.

Everything came in great condition and was easy to assemble. After I installed the system, everything worked perfectly on the first try. Very happy with this system. My plants love it.

Easy to talk to the sales people and they were helpful getting the correct size Eqipment needed for my Greenhouse. I received all my parts needed within 7 days Of ordering.
The competition would have been a month out and almost $500 more.

everything is installed great quality products and works great . it only took a few days for it to be all delivered. which worked out great, since I originally looked at another green house supplier and they told me it would be weeks.. the staff at acf greenhouse were all very helpful.

I have had this in for about 3 weeks now and it is cooling my 10x12 greenhouse great. I have the fan mounted about 1 foot below the ridgeline of the greenhouse and the intake on the other end. I love it being fully automated and requires no additional adjusting.

I received all the components on time with one exception- I received a T110 Thermostat instead of the ACF 5 Amp speed control. I notified ACF and they immediately shipped me a replacement. While waiting, I was able to install the exhaust fan and two intake shutters in my Palram Americana 12' x 12' greenhouse, temporarily bypassing the speed control. The instructions were pretty good and everything worked great. The air flow with the two intake shutters is better than I expected and I shouldn't see any more 110°F temperatures in the greenhouse. Excellent quality components- shutters and motors are Dayton.
Only two minor issues- the intake shutter doors are aluminum and a little fragile until you get the shutters installed. Also I had expected the fan speed control to automatically vary the fan speed based on how much the temperature exceeded the set point but it merely allows you to set the fan speed to a percentage of full speed.
Overall I am very satisfied with the system and can recommend it.
