Waterproof Extension Cord Covers

As a new customer, I find this refund 'weak'... your company refunded $20.85 out of a $31.50 order... this is cheap and greedy... you kept over $10.00, the tax or whatever I paid as a customer! Not to mention the $20 shipping it cost me for the return, as you DID NOT include a return shipping label!
Every return I've made on my CC, from DECIENT companies I receive the EXACT amount spent!
I will NOT use or recommend you ever!
